• Write a comic book in Lao, Khmer, Vietnamese, French or English on the risk of fake products and win in a trip to France to participate in the International Comic Festival in Angoulême!
• Apply for a free training on counterfeit product and on cartoon’s technique at the Franch Cultural Center / French Institut / Vietnamese-french House of Law in your country (Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam).
• No registration fee
• Open to all Cambodian, Laotian and Vietnamese nationalities between the ages of 16 to 25 years.
• List of eligible products: medicine, cosmetics, alcohol/spirit, beverages, food, toys, electronic or electrical components, household/ Cleaning products, pesticides, Insecticides spare parts of motorbikes or cars…
